Why should you choose a RCIIQ broker?

Availability, quality of service and protection are my values

The decision to sell your property is not taken without due consideration. The decision to hire a broker is exactly the same. Taking time to choose your broker is a common sense decision to avoid a lot of anxiety throughout the process.

For most individuals and families, the proceeds of selling a property constitute the essential part of their family's financial assets. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to make every effort to get the best offer-to-purchase while ensuring your peace of mind during the whole process.

  1. Working as a team with you
All observers on the real estate brokerage scene will tell you that it is crucial to know you can count on a broker who is available, listens to your needs and is well-organized. It is also crucial to establish a relationship based on trust and a form of participation. No matter the context, when you sell a property, there are always certain feelings involved (memories, current concerns, etc.). When you team up with the broker, you make sure not to lose sight of the target you set while counting on my know-how to play down the situation or put things into perspective.

  1. Do not hesitate to ask questions
At our first meeting, I invite you to ask all the questions you might have so that my expertise and work ethics stand out very clearly. My true listening skills and my attitude will be brought to light for you to see if the chemistry between us is operating.

On the very ticklish matter of the price to ask for the property, several homeowners will be tempted to choose the broker who will offer them the highest value. To avoid falling in that outbidding trap which is not a guarantee of success, you should ask for a market analysis to justify your property's price.  Be critical and realistic. Even though it is absolutely normal to want the most money for a property, you are not naïve.

You can ask as many questions as you like to know me better and understand my way of working (marketing, picture of the situation, etc.). Do not be surprised if in turn I ask you several questions to learn more about your property's features. At the time of signing the contract, it will be as crucial to provide me with all of the relevant information. The more we will work together to highlight your property's positive features, the more you will find yourself well-positioned throughout the marketing process.

  1. An additional guarantee
When you make the first contacts to “shop” for a future real estate broker, you need to check if he is truly a member in good standing. I invite you to check the Web site of the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ). This organization is dedicated to protecting the public. It hands out the official licenses for brokers to practice their profession. At the same time, find out from the same organization if in the past the broker has ever been the subject of any complaints or disciplinary measures.

As far as I am concerned, I have no problem referring you to this official organization since I have passed successfully all of the qualification stages. As a matter of fact, all of the members of the Réseau des courtiers immobiliers indépendants du Québec are the only brokers to operate under the strictest rules within the industry. No member has the right to practice if they have been subject to disciplinary measures over the past five years. This is an additional guarantee of quality and a way to protect consumers' interests.

Finally, as you can see, I am a real estate broker you can trust. I have access to everything you need to sell your property. Call me or contact me by chatting, sending me an email or through SMS.
